Railway NTPC form: photo & signature checklist (before you submit)
A quick pre-submit checklist for photograph, signature, and ID details so you do not lose a form window fixing uploads.
Railway and other central recruitments often reject applications over image specification mismatches. Use this checklist before you click submit.
Photograph
- Use a recent colour photo with a plain light background where the portal asks for it.
- Crop so face is clear — no sunglasses or cap unless religious exception rules allow.
- Export to the exact dimensions and file size the notice specifies (KB limits matter).
Signature
- Sign on white paper with blue/black ink as instructed.
- Scan or photo at high enough resolution, then resize to portal limits.
- Signature should match what you might use on the admit card and attendance sheet.
Before final submit
